Bank of America is seeking an Application Security Operations Specialist to ensure continuous global operational coverage and support end-to-end security enablement for our application security program. You will join a follow-the-sun team, driving improvements in scanning capabilities, reducing false positives, and collaborating across remediation governance and incident response.

The role requires 3+ years in tool integration and vulnerability management, with strong communication and mentoring

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience in tool integration with workflow platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management concepts.
• Excellent prioritization, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute automated and custom scan routines to detect vulnerabilities.
• Operational support of new frontier AI models and testing harnesses.
• Support for identifying, triaging, resolving events including false positives and remediation.
• Participate in incident response activities and provide relevant information for remediation teams.
• Support application teams in understanding and resolving security findings.
• Participate in development and implementation of the technology strategy.
• Conduct proof-of-concept testing for next-gen scanning technologies.
• Optimize and ensure resiliency of scanning platforms.
• Identify and map vulnerability detection gaps to technology solutions.
• Data/trend analysis to feed harness development and vulnerability lessons learned.
