Qualifications

• 10+ years in production management within fashion/apparel.
• 5+ years leading global sourcing teams.
• Experience managing direct import and retailer-driven supply chains.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end production for a fashion brand.
• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience managing production budgets and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans aligned with release schedules for timely collections.
• Establish and maintain relationships with domestic and international manufacturers.
• Oversee quality control throughout the production cycle.
• Manage production budgets, negotiate pricing with suppliers, identify cost savings.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce lead times and waste.
• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure production practices comply with labor laws and environmental standards.
• Drive sustainable production initiatives in line with brand commitments.
• Address production issues to minimize schedule disruptions.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and logistics for seamless integration.
• Attend fittings with design and prioritize comments.
