Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking an Analyst II to join the Global Reporting and Analytics team in New York. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop reporting solutions, analyze large data sets, and drive data-driven decisions for the Marketplace business.

The role requires strong SQL, Python or R, and BI tool experience (Looker/Tableau). Schedule is onsite 4 days/week with 1 day remote; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience using data and analysis to drive business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with a scripting language (Python or R).
• Experience with Visualization BI tools (Looker and Tableau).
• Advanced Excel Skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting of Digital TV key business metrics using BI tools for internal users, external clients, and executives.
• Analyze large-scale data sets to uncover opportunities to improve sales, inventory management, and yield strategies.
• Prototype and develop automated reporting solutions to monitor the health of the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology leaders to build out new product features and business processes.
• Ensure data quality and cleanliness for consistent and accurate reporting.
• Create ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new user requirements.
• Implement AI-powered analytics to enable insights, trends, and faster data-driven decisions.
