Job summary
Vaxcyte, a clinical-stage vaccine company, seeks Analytical Technical Leader to orchestrate analytical activities across global functions. The ATL will align Analytical Development, Process Development, Analytical and Manufacturing Science and Technology, QC, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- 10+ years in vaccine or biopharmaceutical industry with QC or analytical focus.
- Proven success in matrixed environments with cross-functional coordination.
- Strong regulatory, data integrity, and lifecycle method knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional analytical strategies across development, QC, regulatory, and manufacturing.
- Ensure analytical readiness and regulatory compliant methods and docs.
- Lead integration and harmonization of analytical workflows across sites.
- Provide updates to governance and support audits and regulatory submissions.
- Drive decision-making and develop capability across global teams.
