Job summary

Google is seeking a Global Analytics and AI Partner Development Manager to drive co-created AI solutions on Google Cloud. You will manage C-level partner relationships and guide solution offerings, working with Cloud sales and engineering to accelerate customer value.

You will lead GTM plays for AI, define sales plays, and support partners from opportunity identification to joint wins and customer success across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in business development, customer-facing, or partner-facing roles relating to public cloud services.
  • Experience taking new products and solutions to market, developing and driving GTM offerings with partners.
  • Experience in designing AI and Analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Help partners grow their business on Google Cloud by driving Data and AI solutions and serving as their trusted advisor for pre- and post-sales engagements.
  • Serve as the technical consultant for partners' Analytics and AI practices, delivering L200/L300-level technical sessions on Google Cloud's Analytics and AI portfolio.
  • Evaluate and validate partner architectures for technical excellence, security, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to Google Cloud standards; provide direct technical guidance on solutions.
  • Lead GTM offering life-cycle from business case to planning and governance; drive business growth and differentiation.
  • Enable partners to jointly develop GTM offerings and measure success through outcomes.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in launching and landing GTM offerings (Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI)with partners and tracking new business.
  • Experience in winning/delivering cloud agreements.
  • Understanding of industry offerings, strong communication.
  • Excellent communication skills.
About the Job

As a Global Analytics and AI Partner Development Manager, you will facilitate C-level relationships with partners, showcase Google’s technology solutions, guide partners in developing their service offerings and work closely with Google Cloud solution sales and engineering teams. You will be the primary technical and strategic partner liaison, driving the co-creation and adoption of AI solutions on Google Cloud. You will be responsible to elevate partners' technical capabilities, ensure architectural excellence, and accelerate customer value through technical enablement and strategic GTM execution.

In this role, you will work closely with Partners to develop pipeline, land joint wins and accelerate customer and partner value including accelerating consumption for our joint solution offerings.

You will work with partners to drive the \"GTM Strategic Priority Plays\" initiative by leading the go-to-market efforts for AI. You will help define the sales plays and act as a trusted advisor to the partner in the entire journey of identifying new opportunities, developing capabilities, solutions and service offerings, pursuing go-to-market sales plays, landing wins and delivering customer success. You will drive execution of the campaigns in orchestration with partners’ technical, sales and marketing teams.

You will be leveraging your experience in solution building, partner management, strategy and sales, demonstrating your aptitude and passion for working with partners to transform organizations with Google Cloud technologies.

  • Help partners grow their business on Google Cloud by driving Data and AI solutions with the aim of serving as their trusted advisor for both pre-sales and post sales customer engagements.
  • Serve as the technical consultant for the partners Analytics and AI practices, deliver L200/L300-level technical sessions on Google Cloud's Analytics and AI portfolio.
