Job summary

Bain & Company in New York is seeking a Global Analyst Relations Senior Director to define and lead the firm’s analyst engagement strategy. You will work with senior leaders across practices and commercial teams to shape analyst relations globally.

This high-visibility role manages offshore teams, drives evaluation methodologies, and partners with Marketing and PR to maximize business impact. At Bain you’ll influence growth and market credibility while guiding a best-in-class analyst relations

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of analyst relations experience within technology, professional services, or consulting.
• Significant experience leading an analyst relations function.
• Strong relationships with senior analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other influential firms.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Bain’s global analyst engagement strategy across priority capabilities and industries.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with leading analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other influential firms.
• Advise Partners and senior leaders on analyst engagement strategies and evaluation methodologies.
• Own Bain’s strategy for analyst evaluations, driving stronger positioning and improved Leader-level outcomes.
• Establish and lead a high-performing offshore Analyst Relations delivery team responsible for evaluation submissions and knowledge management.
• Design and oversee the firm’s analyst evaluation operating model, including governance and timelines.
• Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Public Relations to maximize commercial impact of analyst recognition.
• Continue building Bain’s Analyst Relations Center of Excellence with scalable tools and governance.
