OKX is seeking a seasoned AML/CFT investigations leader to guide day-to-day transaction monitoring and investigations within a regulated crypto environment. You will manage a team of investigators, mentor staff, and drive compliance processes across jurisdictions while collaborating with MLRO, Risk, and Law Enforcement Liaison teams.

• 5+ years in AML/CFT investigations and operations in financial crimes.
• 2–3 years of experience leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of Global AML/CFT regimes and FATF guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AML investigators to ensure high-quality performance.
• Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
• Evaluate STR and monitoring requirements for timely and accurate escalations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to roll out system enhancements.
• Draft and maintain SOPs; analyze data to identify process gaps and mitigations.
• Stay updated on crypto regulatory developments and industry trends.
