The role focuses on executing processes to ensure adherence to enterprise standards, with quality assurance and control monitoring to identify issues and drive remediation.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management and risk/compliance experience, with AML regulatory familiarity, guiding teams and coordinating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of QA/control programs within AML/financial crime environments.
• Experience implementing regulatory remediations and control enhancements.
• Familiarity with AML regulations and audit/regulatory exam processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of risk and control environments for AML operations.
• Monitor and test controls, identifying issues and remediation needs.
• Drive optimized controls and QA practices to support business continuity.
• Manage QA activities and reporting; oversee regulator and internal audit interactions.
• Coordinate across GAOO and other teams to ensure end-to-end process change.
• Develop implementation plans and govern procedural changes.
