Job summary

Docusign is seeking an AI Transformation Director to launch and scale AI agents, driving pilots and global adoption. You will collaborate with C-suite and VP-level leaders to align AI capabilities with growth metrics.

The role demands deep GTM operations experience and expert fluency in modern LLMs and enterprise integration. You will own end-to-end program rollout, establish governance, and ensure responsible AI across revenue motions while partnering across functions to maximize pipeline

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in Go-To-Market operations, Revenue Ops, and GTM strategy in enterprise SaaS environments.
• 6+ years of specialized leadership in applied AI, ML automation, and operationalizing LLM agent applications.
• Experience designing and scaling multi-workstream AI transformation roadmaps across complex, global GTM motions.

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale AI agents and pilots.
• Define enterprise-class standards for Responsible AI, model drift monitoring, and data security across automated revenue motions.
• Lead cross-functional programs with Engineering, Applied AI, RevOps, Product, and Data Platform teams.
