Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience required.
• Must have built and run a developer platform serving thousands of engineers.
• Deep expertise in the AI-first software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Re-architect Cit's end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle for AI integration.
• Own the agentic development platform for process management.
• Establish metrics and feedback loops for engineering productivity.
