Job summary

Wycliffe Associates in Orlando, FL is seeking an Agriculture Specialist to oversee the Community Development program, guiding field teams, and shaping sustainable development plans with church partners worldwide.

You will coordinate with senior leaders to advance water and agriculture projects, conduct annual SWOT analyses, and collaborate with regional directors to expand outreach while modeling strong administration and mission-driven service.

Qualifications

• B.A or B.S degree or equivalent.
• 3 years’ management experience (ministry preferred).
• Strong administrative and management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Service oriented with leadership ability.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight for Community Development projects.
• Plan with Directors to enhance program per Tactical Plan.
• Offer guidance on water and agriculture initiatives.
• Collaborate with WA staff and partners to expand projects internationally.
• Conduct annual SWOT analysis for the program.
• Develop relationships with partner orgs to expand activities.
• Document needs and outcomes to engage potential donors.
