Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a GRA Global AdPromo Excellence Lead to join a hybrid team based in Morristown, NJ, with a second location in Cambridge, MA. The role blends regulatory review (30%) with excellence initiatives (70%), supporting innovation and operational efficiency across the GRA AdPromo organization while maintaining hands-on review expertise.

You will collaborate with global business units, define quality standards, advise on regulatory trends, and help drive digital transformation, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Life Sciences; relevant experience will be considered for other degrees.
• Experience in global regulatory affairs advertising and promotion review.
• Strong understanding of global codes (EFPIA/IFPMA) and ability to translate data into compliant messaging.
• Experience supporting transversal/digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with global business units to develop promotional materials and their review.
• Advise teams on evolving regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Support transformation programs and cross-functional initiatives within GRA AdPromo.
• Assist in KPI data collection, reporting, and governance activities.
