Job summary

Mphasis is looking for an experienced Active Directory (AD) Services Tech Lead to manage global pre-production and production AD infrastructure. The role involves executing complex technical activities while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of directory services. Candidates should have strong expertise in AD Services, experience in managing enterprise environments, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing enterprise AD environments (production & pre-production).
• Knowledge of AD architecture, domain services, and replication.
• Experience with Group Policy Management (GPO).
• Experience with Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end Active Directory infrastructure (production and pre-production environments).
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of AD environments.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Implement best practices for AD security, patching, and governance.
