Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Global Accounts Payable Specialist to join its finance team in Wilmington, Delaware in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite). You will support global procure-to-pay processes, assist month-end close and audits, and collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to drive process improvements.

The role requires 1–3 years in AP/AR or related areas, strong MS Office and Oracle ERP experience, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• > 1-3 years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Operations, or related experience
• > Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• > Understanding of general accounting principles and procedures
• > Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• > Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• > Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• > Strong customer service and communication skills
• > Ability to work effectively with cross-functional finance teams
• > Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to work
