Job summary

ALPLA - AMET Accounting Service Hub is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our global finance team in the United States. You will review and process supplier invoices, ensure accurate three-way matching, and manage payments and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
• Experience in Shared Service Center environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and AP best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices with PO and goods receipts (three-way matching).
• Prepare and process payments via bank transfers, checks, or other methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
• Monitor payments per agreed terms and assist with month-end close.
