Global Accounting Supervisor

As a Global Accounting Supervisor, you’ll take charge of overseeing corporate accounting tasks related to monthly closes, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. You’ll manage external audits, mentor your team, and drive process improvements—all while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting and reporting for legal entities, including reconciliations and financial analyses
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements in line with US and international accounting standards
• Drive accurate monthly and quarterly internal management reporting and analysis
• Manage external audit processes, including the review of audit support and responding to auditor inquiries
• Coach and mentor the accounting team, providing technical guidance and professional development

Requirements:

• 8+ years of corporate accounting experience, including coaching and reviewing the work of junior employees
• Strong knowledge of US and international accounting standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging technology for processes and controls

Preferred:

• CPA designation
• Proficiency with Workday financial software
