Job summary

Future Electronics seeks a Global Account Manager – AI to drive profitable growth and demand creation in the Edge AI ecosystem. You will be SPOC for strategic global customers, coordinating across regions, branches, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will translate customer needs into actionable strategies, leveraging the supplier portfolio and on-site support to win design-ins and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global account management or related tech sales.
• Experience with technology, semiconductors, AI, Edge/IoT markets preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior execs and decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B tech sales cycles and design-in.
• Experience managing multinational or Tier One customers across regions.

Responsibilities

• Map customer organizations and identify key stakeholders.
• Understand customers' business strategies and Edge/Physical AI requirements.
• Develop and execute global account strategies with regional teams.
• Build relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify Edge and Physical AI opportunities and demand creation.
• Present Future Electronics' value proposition and capabilities.
• Leverage supplier ecosystem to connect with AI processors, MCUs, GPUs, etc.
• Collaborate with FEs, Product Marketing, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with global customers.
• Monitor trends to identify emerging opportunities.
• Drive supplier initiatives to improve engagement and account performance.
• Develop global account plans, pipelines, forecasts, and metrics.
• Ensure alignment across regions and branches.
