Job summary

You will lead integrated research and analytics plans, synthesize data from primary/ secondary sources, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies, collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering market research and insights in pharma/biotech.
• At least 3 years in market access (global experience preferred).
• 2+ years in vaccines, infectious disease or related area.
• Strong understanding of global pharma analytics capabilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global market access and pricing teams to frame key business questions.
• Develop integrated research and analytics plans for global access strategies.
• Deliver actionable insights and stakeholder-ready narratives.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations for decision-makers.
