Pilot Assessments in Oakland, CA seeks a seasoned corporate aviation pilot to lead flight operations for a Bay Area base. You will fly a Global 6500 under Part 91, exercising ultimate command authority with a focus on safety, efficiency, and exemplary passenger care.

The role requires 3,500 total hours, 2,000 PIC, and a Global 6500 rating is highly preferred. Expect a robust total rewards package and a dynamic corporate environment with strong maintenance support.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certificate (unrestricted or restricted) and First Class Medical.
• 4–6 years of corporate/business aviation experience preferred.
• FAA type rating in applicable fleet; Global 6500 type rating preferred.
• Total time: 3,500 hours; PIC: 2,000 hours; MEL PIC: 500 hours; Jet: 500 hours.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command with final authority for safe, compliant flight ops.
• Confirm compliant crewing and trip assignments; lead Threats, Plans, and Considerations briefings.
• Own flight planning, aircraft performance analysis, and weight & balance.
• Adhere to SOPs and coordinate with EJM personnel; act as Ground/Flight Security Coordinator.
• Execute preflight tasks, document aircraft discrepancies, and oversee fueling and ground services.
• Deliver thorough passenger briefings and assist passengers with special needs.
• Identify service improvements and resolve deviations; collaborate to resolve conflicts.
• Use CRM and TEM in normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
• Maintain training, currency, and recency; participate in SMS and report safety concerns.
