Job summary

Solairus Aviation seeks an experienced Captain to operate the Global 6000, serving as Pilot in Command and ensuring safe, compliant flights across all legs. You will review maintenance status, conduct thorough preflight inspections, evaluate weather, NOTAMs and routing options, and ensure accurate trip documentation in line with AFM and FAR requirements.

On-call availability and relocation proximity are required.

Qualifications

• Total flight time specified (5,000 hours) and PIC time (2,500 hours) required.
• Global 6000 type rating or equivalent is required.
• FAA First Class Medical is required.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis and relocate near TEB.

What you'll do

What you bring

• Minimum flight experience:
  • Total time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC: 2,500 hours
  • Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-engine PIC: 500 hours
  • Turbojet: 500 hours
  • Instrument: 250 hours
• Type rating on the Global 6000 or comparable aircraft.
• FAA First Class Medical.
• Able to work on an on-call basis.
• Ability to complete ICAO International Procedures training annually.
• Primary residence within a two-hour drive of TEB, or willingness to relocate.
