Job summary

Jet Aviation in Henderson, Nevada is seeking a Global 5000 First Officer to support safe and polished private aviation operations across domestic and international routes. You will advise on flight planning, fuel and weather reviews, and contribute to a safety-first, client-focused service experience.

Requirements include ATP (unrestricted or restricted) and FAA First Class Medical, extensive fixed-wing hours with PIC and multi-engine experience, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold ATP (Unrestricted or Restricted) and a current FAA First Class Medical.
• Minimum 3,500 hours total fixed-wing; 1,500 hours PIC; 1,500 multi-engine; 500 turbojet; 100 night; 75 simulated instrument.
• Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred; valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Preferred: appropriate aircraft type rating and currency on large-cabin business jets.

Responsibilities

• Act as First Officer on the Global 5000, ensuring safe, compliant operations per regulations.
• Assist PIC in flight planning, performance, fuel, weather/NOTAM review, and real-time decisions.
• Lead Crew Resource Management and promote a just, safety-focused culture.
• Serve as Inflight Security Coordinator under applicable security programs.
• Perform passenger safety briefings and deliver client-focused service.
• Maintain aircraft documents, logbooks, and report discrepancies promptly.
• Complete trip paperwork per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism and discretion.
