Allstate Security is seeking a dependable Flex Security Officer to provide coverage for client locations in the Glendale area. Flex Officers will support various assignments and provide coverage where operational needs require.

Responsibilities include: conducting routine patrols, monitoring entrances and exits, maintaining a visible security presence, reporting incidents, hazards and suspicious activity, completing Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, enforcing client policies and

Qualifications

• Active BSIS Guard Card required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols and monitor entrances/exits.
• Maintain a visible security presence and deter incidents.
• Report incidents, hazards and suspicious activity in a timely manner.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
• Enforce client policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patrons.
• Support nearby client locations as assigned.
