Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Glazing Project Manager in Orlando, FL to lead commercial glazing projects from award through closeout. You will coordinate field crews, shop, and suppliers to deliver on time and on budget, serving as the main point of contact for general contractors, architects, and customers.

The role offers a competitive base salary ($70,000–$90,000), on-site work, and a stable local company with a growing pipeline of work and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial glass and glazing.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, and glazing systems and installation methods.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, change orders, and crew coordination.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Bluebeam or similar takeoff/markup software a plus.
• Valid driver's license; ability to visit job sites across Central Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial glazing projects (storefront, curtain wall, windows, entrances, interior glass and mirrors).
• Review contract documents, plans, and specifications; identify scope gaps and RFIs.
• Prepare and manage submittals, shop drawings, and material orders.
• Build and maintain project schedules; coordinate installation crews and field supervisors.
• Track budgets, change orders, and billing; protect project margins.
• Attend GC progress meetings and site walks; communicate status and resolve issues.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met through punch list and closeout.
