Job summary

Glass Doctor is seeking a Glazier and Flat Glass Trainee to join our team. You will install flat glass for doors, storefronts, windows, showers, mirrors, tabletops, and more, while delivering top-notch customer service and showing solid craftsmanship.

You will gain hands-on training, use precise measurements, and learn to evaluate customer needs. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and a company-provided vehicle support your development.

Qualifications

• One year or more of glass installation experience, with glass cutting experience preferred.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently and work with heights.

Responsibilities

• Install flat glass products for doors, storefronts, windows, showers, mirrors, tabletops and more.
• Do repairs as necessary and cut glass to size for custom projects.
• Take precise measurements to ensure materials meet specifications.
• Explain services to customers and put them at ease.
• Collect payment from customers for work performed.
