Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Glazier or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements.
• Comfortable working at heights and carrying heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut glass to specific dimensions using hand tools or machines.
• Install glass in frames or structures using putty, screws or other adhesives.
• Replace damaged or broken glass in existing structures.
• Create templates for custom glass products.
• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning and applying sealants.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate equipment when working at heights or with heavy glass pieces.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations on glass types.
