The Glass Guru is hiring a Glazier/Glass Installer in Cincinnati, OH to install residential glass and ensure quality installations. You will inspect materials, install products, and communicate with customers, while keeping worksites clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Glass installation experience required.
• Customer-first attitude and the ability to communicate well with customers.
• Residential glass replacement experience installing double pane insulated glass units.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Candidates must be physically capable of performing work, in good health, and can lift up to 75lbs. unassisted

Responsibilities

• Inspect job materials, ensuring correct product and no obvious flaws.
• Install all products and services, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on-site.
• Note any issues to complete installation and required materials for the customer’s satisfaction.
• Communicate with team members regarding incomplete work and material orders.
• Keep the customer's home/business clean and protect surfaces.
• Walk the customer through care, maintenance, warranty, and contact options after installation.
