Job summary

Glass Doctor is seeking a Service Professional/Glazier to install and repair flat glass for residential and commercial customers. You will measure, cut, and fit glass, explain services to customers, and process payments.

Training, tools, and support are provided to help you succeed with a focus on safety and quality. The role emphasizes exemplary customer service, accuracy in measurements, and reliable scheduling to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• One year or more of glass installation experience (glass cutting preferred).
• Knowledge and understanding of basic tools of the trade.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install flat glass products for doors, storefronts, windows, showers, mirrors, tabletops, and other glass-related items.
• Perform repairs as necessary.
• Cut glass to size for custom projects.
• Take precise measurements to ensure materials meet specified dimensions.
• Evaluate the customer’s home or business to identify other needs.
• Explain services to resolve customer issues and collect payment.
