Job summary

The Glass Guru is seeking a reliable helper to join our Tucker, GA team. This role provides a direct path to becoming a certified Glazier with hands-on training, tools provided, and a supportive team culture.

No prior experience is required; construction experience is a plus. You should be able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly and read a tape measure. We foster growth, balance, and advancement opportunities.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites by inspecting glass, materials and hardware for accuracy.
• Assist the lead Glazier with installing windows, doors, showers, and commercial glass.
• Interact with customers on arrival, protect property, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Educate customers on product care and warranty information at project wrap-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Job Preparation: Inspect and verify all glass, materials, and hardware for accuracy before heading to a job site.
• On‑Site Support: Assist the lead Glazier with installing windows, doors, custom showers, and commercial glass.
• Customer Service: Confirm job details with customers upon arrival, respect their property (always wearing protective booties!), and maintain a clean workspace.
• Job Wrap‑Up: Educate customers on product care and warranty information before leaving.
