Launch Your Career in the Glass Industry! A&A Glass Co. is a locally owned and operated residential glass company serving the Denver metro area. We specialize in custom shower enclosures, replacement windows, mirrors, glass repair, and specialty glass installations. We're looking for a motivated Glazier Apprentice who is eager to learn a skilled trade and grow into a long-term career.

No glass experience? No problem! If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to work hard, we'll provide hands‑on training alongside experienced glaziers.

What You'll Do

• Assist experienced glaziers with residential glass installation and repair.
• Load, unload, and transport glass and materials safely.
• Learn to measure, cut, and install glass products.
• Help install shower enclosures, mirrors, insulated glass units, windows, tabletops, and other glass products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work truck and job site.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and glass‑handling equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
