A reputable glass and glazing company in the US is seeking an entry-level Glazier to join our team As a Glazier you will be responsible for installing glass in various structures such as windows doors and storefronts This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the glass industry and gain valuable hands-on experience

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut glass to specified dimensions
• Install glass using hand tools and equipment
• Replace damaged or broken glass
• Seal joints with putty rubber gaskets or other sealants
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment when handling glass
• Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final product
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a construction or manual labor role preferred but not required
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills
• Valid drivers license preferred
