Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Glaze Line Operator to join our manufacturing team in El Paso, Texas. You will operate the glaze line and inspect tiles to ensure quality during the ceramic tile production process.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and safely transporting glaze materials. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and good English communication skills. We value reliability and safety in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing /production experience preferred.
• Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak basic English.

• Operates powered industrial trucks to transport glaze to and from the glaze lines.
• Follows operating procedures.
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking a Glaze Line Operator t o join our MFG TEAM! As the Glaze Line Operator, we need someone to operat e the glaze line and inspect tile to produce the ceramic tile manufacturing process.

Primary Objective

• O perates the glaze line and inspects tile .
