Job summary

Eye To Eye Careers in Scranton, PA seeks a full-time Glaucoma Surgeon Ophthalmologist to treat medical, surgical, and laser patients. 4–5 days weekly (4 clinic, 1 ASC) with potential part-time option. New grads welcome and a strong support team is provided.

Compensation includes salary plus production bonus, signing bonus, and generous benefits. Relocation, CME allowance, PTO, holidays, and student loan assistance are offered. Modern EMR tools like EMA, EHR and Nextgen PM support daily practice.

Responsibilities

• See medical, surgical, and laser patients.
• Manage a high-volume schedule (35–45 patients/day).
• Share call schedule with other MDs.
• Support new grads joining the practice.

Join an established practice looking for a Full-time Glaucoma Surgeon Ophthalmologist to see medical, surgical, and laser patients.

More Details:

• Full-time 4 or 5 Days a week ( 4 Days in Clinic 1 Day in ASC)
• Can also offer part-time option
• Call Schedule: Shared with other MDs
• 35-45 Patients a Day

Compensation and Benefits:

• Very strong compensation structure including Salary + production bonus

• CE: $3,000 allowance
