Job summary

Whatcom Eye Surgeons, a division of Northwest Eye Surgeons, seeks a passionate Glaucoma Specialist in the Seattle area to join a well‑established team. You will provide medical and surgical care for glaucoma and cataract patients, collaborating in a co‑management model with optometrists and MDs.

Bring fellowship training in glaucoma and board certification; Washington license required. Expect a robust compensation package and strong support for a high-volume practice.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO with active Washington license and DEA.
• Fellowship training in glaucoma required.
• Strong glaucoma and cataract surgical skills demonstrated.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered, team-oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for glaucoma and cataract patients.
• Collaborate within a MD/OD co-management model with optometrists and MDs.
• Contribute to high-volume glaucoma and cataract surgery and outcomes.
• Help elevate the program through clinical excellence and patient focus.
