Job summary

Grene Vision Group in Kansas is seeking a BC/BE Glaucoma Surgeon to join our expanding team, enabling immediate clinical and surgical volume through a well-established glaucoma referral network and a strong cataract patient base. We offer a 70/30 split between glaucoma and cataract care, a state-of-the-art ASC with six operating rooms, and robust on-site staff and leadership pathways for long-term growth.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary for two years plus a production model,

Responsibilities

• Provide glaucoma surgical and medical management to patients within the established referral network.
• Carry out cataract and glaucoma surgeries with a focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and on-site staff to grow the glaucoma/cataract practice.
