The incoming physician will have access to a large glaucoma and cataract patient base, a dedicated clinical space with advanced diagnostic equipment, and an onsite ASC with surgical support, enabling a busy, sustainable practice.

Responsibilities

• Immediate access to a large, established glaucoma and cataract patient base.
• 3 days clinic + 1 day OR (ASC-based) Weekly.

• Onsite ASC and laser center with experienced staff.
• Collaborative environment with mentorship and surgical support.
• Shared call rotation with large physician group.
