Job description

Opportunity Overview

Eye Associates of Plantation is seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join our well-established and growing ophthalmology practice in South Florida.

We are proudly family-owned and physician-led — not private equity owned. Our physicians maintain full control over clinical decision-making, patient care, and the long-term direction of the practice. We believe this independence allows us to prioritize both excellent patient outcomes and a positive long-term professional environment for our physicians.

This position offers the opportunity to build and expand a glaucoma service within a thriving referral network in the Fort Lauderdale area. While the glaucoma program will continue to grow over time, the incoming physician will benefit from our established relationships with local optometrists and referring providers, which consistently generate glaucoma consultations and opportunities for surgical care.
