Center For Sight and Southwest Florida Eye Care in Fort Myers/Naples, FL seeks a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist to join a growing, integrated OD/MD network and build a high-volume medical and surgical practice across two markets.

You’ll work with a dedicated clinical team, access advanced diagnostics, and participate in MIGS, iDose, and cataract procedures, with a guaranteed base salary for the first two years and a signing bonus.

GLAUCOMA SPECIALIST

LOCATION: FORT MYERS AND NAPLES, FL | PRACTICE: CENTER FOR SIGHT / SOUTHWEST FLORIDA EYE CARE

Center For Sight – Fort Myers/Naples and Southwest Florida Eye Care are seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join our growing team in Southwest Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a glaucoma surgeon looking to build a high-volume medical and surgical practice while serving patients across two desirable markets within a collaborative, fully integrated OD/MD eye care network. The physician will be supported by an experienced clinical team, advanced diagnostic technology, established referral relationships, and a strong network of ophthalmologists and optometrists.

• SURGICAL VOLUME & PROCEDURES: Significant opportunity to build a high-volume glaucoma and cataract surgical practice, with MIGS, iDose, traditional glaucoma procedures, and cataract surgery.

Compensation

• GUARANTEED BASE SALARY: $450k guaranteed base salary for first 2 years, plus production bonus.
• UNCAPPED EARNING TRAJECTORY: After the first two years, transition to a production-based compensation model at 35% of receipts
• EXECUTIVE SIGN-ON BONUS: $50,000 sign-on bonus upon signing
