American Academy of Ophthalmology is inviting an associate ophthalmologist to join a well‑established Ventura practice on a full‑time basis. The role centers on glaucoma management, premium cataract surgery, and comprehensive ophthalmology, with an experienced supportive staff and a patient‑centered culture.

Qualifications

Active California medical license and board certification in Ophthalmology.
Experience in premium cataract surgery and MIGS is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Join an established ophthalmology practice with a focus on glaucoma, cataract surgery, cornea, and comprehensive eye care.
Mentorship from a senior ophthalmologist in premium cataract surgery and/or glaucoma.
Provide high-quality patient care with a team of experienced staff.
No hospital call; limited practice call and a favorable lifestyle balance.
