Dyson Farming is seeking a Glasshouse Research Assistant to support our glasshouse research programme during peak harvest periods. You will help collect, process and record trial data across a diverse range of glasshouse experiments.

This hands-on role supports harvesting and crop assessment activities, ensuring trials are delivered accurately and on time. Weekend work may be required during peak periods, with full training provided and a strong team environment.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Willingness to work weekends during peak harvest periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out harvesting, sorting and grading across glasshouse trials.
• Record yield, quality and assessment data accurately.
• Collect berry and plant measurements, Brix readings and crop assessments.
• Support pest and disease monitoring and stock management.
• Prepare, label, process and transport samples for analysis.
• Assist planting, crop maintenance and trial establishment.
