Job summary

Glass America in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is hiring Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and glass in motor vehicles, either in-shop or on a mobile basis. You will use proper tools to ensure efficient, high‑quality installations and complete all required paperwork with accuracy.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 4–6 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to stand for long periods.

• Must be able stand for long periods of time in installation of glass.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and related products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Use proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely installation for Glass America customers.
• Complete required paperwork and submit to appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Follow up with Glass Manager on installation issues as they arise.
