Job summary

Auto Glass Now in North Charleston, SC, is seeking a proactive Shop Manager to lead a busy auto glass repair shop. In this role you'll recruit and train technicians and customer service reps, manage schedules, and oversee payroll and inventory to meet targets.

No prior management experience is required—we offer PAID TRAINING at $25/hour during the initial period. After training, you can advance to a Shop Manager role earning $50k-$65k+ per year, with benefits including health and retirement

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps.
• Creating employee schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and conducting end-of-period inventory.
• Balancing registers, closing invoices, and making bank deposits.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
