Job summary

Custom Glass Solutions is hiring Production Team Members for all shifts at our Ohio facility. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with future increases for performance at 90 and 180 days. Several shifts are offered, including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour rotations, with premiums on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• What We’re Looking For: Reliable team players who show up ready to work.
• Physically able to lift 30–75lbs throughout the shift.
• Willing to learn, grow, and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus.
• Willing and able to work any of the following shifts and scheduled overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Load and handle glass materials with care.
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Operate forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
