Job summary

Manufacturing Associates in Holland, OH, join a fast-paced glass production team. The role starts at $18.50 per hour, with weekly pay and a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and training is provided on glass fabrication and tempering machines.

You will load/unload materials, measure with a tape, inspect products, and assist with packing. Lift 60–80 lbs and maintain safety and cleanliness on the line.

Qualifications

• Dependable with good attendance and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" and use basic tools.
• Ability to lift 60–80 lbs. and work as part of a team.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production and fabrication of glass products.
• Operate glass fabrication and tempering machines with training.
• Use hand and power tools to support manufacturing tasks.
• Load/unload glass materials and inspect finished products.
• Perform quality checks and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and production processes.
