Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Production Associate 2 at our Aperture Solutions facility in Lexington, NC. The role focuses on windows and doors assembly, maintaining safety and quality while meeting production targets and minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Read and recognize words/numbers.
• Operate power tools with dexterity and know PPE.
• Identify hazards and safety protocols.
• Follow established Standard Work instructions.
• Maintain awareness of quality and waste.
• Be able to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support Employee Engagement activities and clean-up.
• Follow defined rate per customer demand and standard operations.
• Assist with training co-workers and ensure safety practices.
• Identify problems and communicate issues to supervision.
• Cross-train across departments as needed.
