Job summary

Construction Resources is hiring an Installer to ensure proper installation of glass, mirrors, and related hardware. The role requires cutting and handling glass, shelving, bath accessories, and door hardware while delivering excellent customer service. Teamwork with the Crew Leader is essential for success.

The position is onsite as a full-time role with overtime as needed. Compensation is piece-rate, with potential training pay at the discretion of the manager.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalency required.
• Experience in the construction/carpentry industry is required.
• Prior glass work experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Loads and logs materials onto truck and documents returned materials.
• Read and erect shelving templates as per job specifications.
• Drill and install all hardware accurately as per job specifications.
• Attach all necessary hardware correctly as per job specifications.
• Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units and install mirrors.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
