Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking an Install Helper to support proper installation of glass, mirrors, and enclosures. The role requires cutting and handling glass, wiring shelving, bathing accessories, and door hardware with a strong customer-service focus.

You will work in a team environment with the Crew Leader, reading templates, drilling, installing hardware, and mounting shelving and mirrors. The position is full-time, on-site, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalency required
• Experience in the construction/ Carpentry industry is required
• Prior glass work experience preferred
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments

Responsibilities

• Load and log materials onto truck and document returned materials
• Read and erect shelving template as per job specifications
• Drill and install all hardware accurately as per job specifications
• Attach all necessary hardware correctly as per job specifications
• Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units and install mirrors
• Complete other duties as assigned
