• Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and measurements; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with physical work, including lifting glass, working on ladders, and handling tools safely; adherence to safety protocols and PPE use.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in glass installation, construction, or a related trade preferred; relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing job sites and schedules.

Responsibilities
