Job summary

Synergistic International LLC seeks an experienced Glass Installer to join our on-site team in Weatherford, TX. You will contribute to high-end residential and commercial glass projects from design to completion.

The role requires precise measurement, fabrication reading shop drawings, and safe operation of glass cutting tools and lifting equipment. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to lift 75 lbs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year glass experience required.
Knowledge of storefront fabrication and shower enclosure systems.
Proficient in glass cutting tools, lasers, levels, and heavy suction equipment.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Participate in on-site installation of storefronts, heavy glass showers, and custom mirrors.
Read and interpret shop drawings and architectural specifications accurately.
Measure, cut, fit, and install various glass products and aluminum framing systems.
Conduct field measurements and template layouts for custom glass fabrications.
Enforce strict compliance with company safety protocols.
Coordinate with general contractors and project managers regarding timelines and adjustments.
