Job summary

The Blue Collar Recruiter is seeking an experienced Glass Installer to join our team in New York. You will install custom glass products in residential and commercial spaces, delivering professional service and high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include measuring, layout, reading blueprints, installing shower doors, mirrors, and glass walls, and maintaining a safe, clean jobsite. A valid driver's license and 3+ years of related experience are required; a HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of glass installation or related experience.
• Experience with frameless shower glass, mirrors, architectural hardware, or similar installations.
• Strong measuring, layout, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, measurements, and installation specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and safely handle materials weighing approximately 50+ pounds, with assistance when needed.
• Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and elevated or restricted work areas.

• Complete required job documentation, photos, and project updates.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
