Job summary

Glass Doctor of Amarillo is seeking a skilled installer to join our local team. You will install glass, mirrors, and door/window hardware on replacement and new installations, measure accurately, and help keep our materials stocked.

You’ll operate tablet-based tech, handle payments, and maintain safety with ladders and heights. We value craftsmanship, reliability, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for growth in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to measure accurately with tape measures and levels.
• Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install glass, mirrors, door and window hardware in replacement and new installations.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain stock of vehicle supplies.
• Conduct accurate field measuring and cut flat glass and mirrors to specified dimensions.
• Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment serviced, clean, and in good working order.
